About this group
For postpartum women who want real answers about their core, not just generic advice to "do some kegels." Over three weeks, you'll learn how to properly breathe and brace, self-assess your own diastasis recti (DRA) and rib flare, and start rebuilding core function from the ground up, not guessing at it. Week 1: Breathing mechanics and why your diaphragm runs the whole show. Self-assessing your DRA and rib flare with confidence. Week 2: Reconnecting your core: real engagement patterns (not just crunches) and correcting rib flare. Week 3: Putting it together. Progressing load safely and building a plan for what's next. You'll walk away knowing exactly where your core stands, how to breathe and brace correctly, and a clear next step, no bouncing back, just building forward. This series is educational, not diagnostic. If your self-assessment raises questions or you want a plan built around your specific body, that's exactly what a 1:1 evaluation is for. What's next: Finished the series and want individualized eyes on your core, pelvic floor, or recovery plan? Book a 1:1 evaluation and we'll pick up right where this left off.
