Core & Pelvic Floor 101: A 20-Minute Session for Pregnancy & Postpartum

About this event:

Pregnancy and postpartum can change how your core and pelvic floor feel and function, and reconnecting with these muscles doesn’t have to be complicated. This quick, approachable session will help you build awareness, strength, and confidence through simple movement you can follow along with in real time.

In just 20 minutes, Dr. Anna McMaster, PT, DPT, PRPC will guide you through effective core and pelvic floor exercises designed for pregnancy, early postpartum, and beyond. Every movement is seated or standing, with no equipment or getting down on the floor required, making it easy to participate wherever you are.

You’ll learn practical ways to engage and coordinate your core and pelvic floor, move through exercises together, and better understand how these muscles support your body throughout pregnancy and postpartum recovery. There will also be time at the end for your questions.

Whether you’re expecting, newly postpartum, or years into parenthood, come as you are and leave with simple exercises you can return to anytime.
