I've found that many women fall into a pattern of overfunctioning in postpartum, and they need support in not only building their new identity, but learning to set boundaries, learning how to ask for and accept help, and improving communication with their partner to release pressure and redistribute the mental load- so it doesn't lead to resentment and eventually burnout.
I help moms reduce anxiety and guilt in this season, and learn how to show up for themselves again after having kids.
