As a pediatric occupational therapist, I help parents of dysregulated (and often neurodivergent) kids, typically ages 3-12, understand what's really going on underneath the hard moments - and what to do about it.
I specialize in sensory supports, meltdowns, emotion regulation, and behavior, with a particular focus on co-regulation and simple sensory tools that make everyday routines easier. My goal is simple: help you see your child's behavior through a new lens, and give you small, practical shifts that bring more connection into your day (even on the hard ones).
