Many of the families I work with feel confused and discouraged because what’s “supposed” to work just doesn’t. They’re constantly second-guessing themselves, wondering why their baby wakes so often, fights sleep when they’re clearly exhausted, or needs so much help to settle.
My approach is grounded in infant sleep science, nervous system regulation, and attachment-based care. I help parents understand why their baby is waking and what their baby specifically needs in order to sleep more comfortably and consistently, instead of relying on guesswork or generic advice.
