My output is the same as with my spectra, it was slightly lower once or twice but I do not think I had centered my nipple those times. Only thing I don't love is they don't recommend putting the parts in the sterilizer. I also thought it was would be a little more discrete. I wore it when I was walking on the street and it looked like I had two watermelons on my shirt. Lots of stares ”
