(Note - I always recommend drums, piano, and singing/dancing first for children until they are clearly able to focus and practice guitar somewhat properly. I am not a fan of wooden drum sticks. They make me nervous with young kids. These maracas are much safer for our little drummers, so buy a couple sets of these no matter what just so you have safe drum sticks for your kids (which you can also use to knock woodblocks too) ”
