The attached mat on the bowl makes it easier for babies to pick up food that drops out (+makes it harder to detach and fling the bowl). The cup is the perfect size for little hands. I have used it with both my babies beginning at six months of age with great success. I like that it's flexible so I can help slowly squeeze and funnel up liquids from the back of the cup without tipping and accidentally choking them. ”

I prefer to use this in restaurants so I don’t have to worry about disinfecting the highchair. I will say it has worked better as our son has grown. When we first started using it with him at six months of age, the seat was too deep / wide and we had to roll towels up to keep him in a more upright position. ”

They come in both baby and toddler sizes with lots of cute prints so if you have multiple kids you can differentiate. I was hesitant about the Velcro in the beginning (as I previously have found ties to work better), but it is strong and my kids can't pull it off easily. We rinse them in the sink after meals and then put them through the washing machine about once a week. We also own the sleeveless versions. ”
